Deeson, a digital agency, wrote this blog post titled “How museums are using chatbots – 5 real world examples”.
To me, it’s interesting that most of the chatbots mentioned here are Facebook Messenger bots. I wonder if people are more engaged with the museum if they’re also actively using the Facebook app on their phones during their visit?
I’m also very curious to learn more about Max, the conversational agent mentioned in the blog post. In 2005, he was the first chatbot to talk to museum visitors through a screen.
